What i meant by saying "don't you mean the big boo" is that he's the one calling it unentertaining not TEM. i have this game but its frickin impossible to catch the legendary dogs. It's still fun though.

As a game that requires six friends, an HDTV, and skill, I can see why the majority of TMK is going to hate on it hard.

I used to like Pokemon games when Pokemon Red/Blue and Pokemon Gold/Silver came out. Then...I kind of lost interest in Pokemon games.

I have not played a Pokemon game in over 6 years (I'm 19 years old now, so I was about...13 when Pokemon was first released).

People who like video games should also like Nintendo. People who don't like Nintendo obviously don't like video games.

About two years ago, I dreamed up a Pokemon game that contained:
1) a 3D RPG adventure
2) a traveling companion like in the show
and 3) Dark Pokemon (like the TCG) which must be turned from evil to good.

I just recieved this game yesterday and I love it! It's everything I wanted, plus more!

The legendary trio from Gold/Silver are not dogs.

I caught all 3 of them in Colosseum. Easy as pie.

Mmm.... pie.

They are too dogs. Check any official source.

Yes, they are the Legendary Dogs; Entei, Suikun, and Raikou.

Though, they names may differ in the English versions. It's been the longest time since I had played Gold/Silver.

On the topic of Pokémon Colosseum, I had considered purchasing it, though I hadn't wanted to do it blindly. I had read your review of it, Meowrik, and decided to get some other opinions.

I ended up not buying it, mainly due to the fact that the "rental" feature from the original Pokémon Stadium (II jp) and Pokémon Stadium II (III jp) wasn't included.

As for the single player mode, I wasn't so interested in that, for I had read the story to be quite simplistic, as well as any puzzles to be underdeveloped. To what I understand, it promises a good 30 hours of game play, but 90% of that is spent battling. However, I may still give it a shot, sometime.

I did have one concern, though. In order to transfer Pokémon from Ruby/Sapphire, one would need the GBA -> GCN cable, correct?

Also, this isn't a thread to discuss what you think of the Pokémon series, so if you've nothing to add on topic, it'd be best for you to add nothing at all. Thanks.

Indeed. You need a GBA/GCN Link Cable, but by now a large number of people own one by now.
