Donkey Kong's GameCube turned Wii racing game Donkey Kong: Barrel Blast releases today in North America. The game sports 16 courses and is rated E for Everyone.

A silly little party game.... with friggin' CRANKY KONG as a playable character!! You people must be daft!! This is like the resurrected body of the canceled Donkey Kong Racing. It's the best thing we've gotten so far (aside from Jungle Climber, but that's been out for a while).

He probably wants a platformer that isn't controlled with a set of drums. I want a platformer that has Diddy, Cranky and all that other good stuff, but I'll have to settle for Barrel Blast and Jungle Climber.

Yeah, non-standard controller-like things aren't very fun to play games with. :P
I'd prefer a regular GCN controller over bongos anyday.
