Here's another theory, this one relating to Princess Peach. Once again , this can kinda have two versions. If you believe humans can be born in the Mushroom Kingdom, then that's it. Peach is the Chancellor's daughter. However, if you think all MK humans are from earth, like I do, then here's what I've always believed:
Peach was a baby orphan just like the Mario Bros. In fact, she even lived in the same orphanage that they lived in! Granted, they were a few years older than her, so they were usually off playing with their friends. Anyway, little Peach (who was not actually named Peach yet) was in the bathtub being cleaned by one of the adults. The adult was distracted for a minute (maybe the phone rang or something) so Peach was alone. Peach, being curious, pulls the plug out and is then sucked down the Warp Pipe into the Mushroom Kingdom (Let this be a lesson: don't leave a baby in tub alone!)
In the strange land, poor Peach is scared and begins craying her poor eyes out. It is then that Mushroom Chancellor Toadstool and some gaurds are passing buy. They discover the infant girl. Chancellor Toadstool imediately falls in love with the poor, strange baby and takes her in as his own daughter. She is raised in the Mushroom Kingdom as Princess Peach Toadstool and really only knows her life there.
