Toad is a playable character in Mario Party 4!!!!!! Just complete all mini games in extra room,unlock all hidden ones aswell then Ztar shows up.he's a black star.select him.then you will play beach volley folly.complete battle mode in beach voley folly then you can pick every character out of Mario Party 4,including....Toad!!!!!!!!!

I don't know if that is a true trick (It might be. Bear with me, I don't own a GCN) but I won't be truly happy until you can play as Orange Yoshi in the Mario Party games.

Anyways, Toad? Well, he's #3 on the "Roulette Wheel of Killing Mario Characters", but he wouldn't be so bad if his voice weren't so annoying. Hey, he's a lot less annoying than Peach...

I agree, Toad is totally awesome, and whoever it was who sid toad has an annoying voice can eat monkeys! However, I think Luigi is just a millimeter above Toad on the coolness scale.
