On a non-gaming network, aol homepage, it posts news about MARIO TENNIS, you maybe able to find the add somewhere else if you cant get there!

Something other than an ad that references to Mario directly or indirectly in some way. For example, if Mario is featured on the front of the magazine that normally has nothing to do with Nintendo (like TIME), that's a sighting (if it is an ad, it is not a sighting). Mario characters can also take shape and appear in cartoons (like the King of Town dressing as Mario in the H*R cartoon), but random spoken names like the "Hey Mario" or "Back off, Bowser" lines heard in Spongebob Squarepants and Ed Edd n Eddy are not sightings. Those are coincidences.
