Which is/will be better?  Why?

Tales of Symphonia is better than Baten Kaitos in a few ways. Here is the list of reasons.

There are cut secenes in Tales of Symphonia that are animated and they also show feeling. Baten Kaitos has olny 3D cut scens, but they also show feeling, but animated cut secenes are much better.

Tales of Symphonia seems much longer than Baten Kaitos due to the three worlds and all those side quests and that is a good thing. Baten Kaitos seems shorter because of the olny six islands in the game, but there may be more islands and you travel through the unfriendly skies also.

Baten Kaitos doesn't seem to have any funny stuff at this time, but it may change. Tales os Symphonia has a funny stuff at parts so that way the game will not be bogged down.

Tales of Symphonia has fun games even though they can be complex and hard. Baten Kaitos doesn't seem to have this feature.

Both games have unique battle systems, but Baten Kaitos looks like a regular turn based one with cards. Tales of Symphonia's battle is action packed just like in Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga.

I got ToS yesterday but desided not to play it until I completed Paper Mario: TTYD, but I will probably get the DS about that time so ToS might gather dust for a while.

Haha, I got Tales of Symphonia when it came out and I still haven't touched it.
