In the first chapter there is this green rat in Rougeport thats asks you to make a 100 coin investment while he goes to dig for oil in Dry Dry desert. In my first game I didn't take his offer but at the end he is back and says he found oil. If you give him the startup money will you get tons of money back at the end?
