I never played any of the Mario Parties upwards of 5, so I'm saying that number 4 was the best.

Which one did Toad vote for?!

Somebody actually cares about me?! *cries*

I haven't cast a vote yet, though I know which two (or three) I am not going to vote for: Mario Party Advance, Mario Party E, and Mario Party 8.

The two handheld Mario Parties were good, but E suffered from not enough exposure (I don't remember it ever being advertised) and Advance had no replay value (though some of the minigames are fun). Once I finished Advance, I had no desire to go back and play it again, since some of the minigames were frustrating enough the first time (some of the Baby Bowser games..)

Advance sucked. I don't even know where to begin.

I can't imagine why anyone would pay for Advance. I mean, I regret ever wasting some megabytes downloading the ROM.

Mario Party 3 > Mario Party 1 & 2 > Every GC Mario Party title > e and Advance.

Haven't tried the Wii version, but I'll assume it's just as mediocre as the GC ones.

As a game that requires six friends, an HDTV, and skill, I can see why the majority of TMK is going to hate on it hard.

Huh. I thought I was the only one who really like Mario Party 3.

But really, Mario Party 3 had some great minigames, like Aces High and Snowball Summit.

Don't forget Toadstool Titan and the one with the doors....

Right, I forgot about those. You know what else I liked, though? Most of the dueling games, like Vine With Me.

That's exactly the reason I think MP3 is the best of the series. The dueling mini-gmaes provided a lot of fun and expanded the single player mode, not to mention the differences between dueling boards and party boards, like the partner battles and the whole oneupmanship of it all.

Mario Party 2 had some fun mingames like "Sneak n' Snore", "Abandon Ship" and "Shock, Drop and Roll".

Heck, the first three had the best mini-games of the entire series. We need a game that combines them all into one package.

What I hate are minigames that deal with cleaning something. Most of these appear in 4-7.

I liked two 'cuz of the duels.  There was fencing and stuff, and it was fun.

I also loved the milk hootinanies in the western level.

What I thought needed to go are all the mini-games based entirely around chance. This is especially irritating if they're Battle Mini-Games, because they may as well just take coins from everyone and redistribute them randomly.
