Yeah, I hate Yaoi. But, you know, it may be because I'm a guy.

I guess I don't have a problem with anyone who likes Yuri. It's just...I dunno, different taste.

Doctor Who
Doctor Who is indeed good.  I haven't got into the new series.  I'm a big Tom Baker fan though.

I watched Grey's Anatomy until it turned into soap opera.  Now I've started House, but I can see it going the same way.

I have watch all of Friends and still watch That 70's Show every now and again.

I enjoyed the first season of Life on Mars.  It's like a 70's cop show meets Quantum Leap in the United Kingdom.  Good stuff.

I've also been watching From the Earth to the Moon now that it's re-running on Discover.  I don't have HBO or any of the movie channels.  I watched the one about Apollo 12 today and by a strange coincidence my Honda shuttle driver today was the communications officer on the Navy ship that picked up Apollo 11 & 12.  He delivered their mail and chatted with them while in quarantine.

an interesting read that may explain why some people can get turned on by Yuri and the like, while others just don't see it. It seems anime characters are probably one of the best examples of something right on that really steep upslope in the picture, so for some people it falls in the "human-like" category, and others file them with corpses and puppets as creepy.

Star Trek, Doctor Who, Batman (1966), The Monkees, Get Smart, Smallville in later seasons; I also like good anime series (Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Cowboy Bebop), Monk, Psych, and occasionally an older sitcom or other sci-fi show. I hate most TV. So I don't watch much at all. Usually what I want to watch, I download.
That was a joke.

I caught up on four or so Dirty Job episodes last night.  "Snake Researcher" was my favorite.  Mike Row must have been bitten at least a dozen times.  I never would have thought he'd make being bitten by a snake funny, but it was.

Get Smart is awesome.
I always figured "Time to tip the scales" was Wario's everyday motto.

If they only reran Space Ghost and Coast to Coast more often, and maybe some Touche Turtle, then the world would be a better place.

[EXTREME] Joking aside, there is good TV out there. The Simpsons is somehow climbing out of the pit it fell in a year or so ago, while Family Guy (or at least I've heard from my FG-obsessed friends) starts to decline. I haven't watched Doctor Who but I imagine from what I've heard that it's great. Naruto is an awesome anime no matter what anyone says. Excellent storyline, very round and dynamic characters, and as much action as one could ask for. Mythbusters is still hanging in there.

I think that's about it.

I watched three more episodes of Dirty Jobs (TiVo) and two episodes of House (DVD).  Good stuff.  Except for the news and developmental baby programming I don't watch much live TV anymore.

If I watch TV, usually it's cartoons on Nickelodeon (because most of them are somewhat better than what they show on Cartoon Network during the daytime, and I don't usually let my younger siblings play my Gamecube), or something on [adult swim]. If I had one of those all-anime channels, I'd probably watch a lot more TV.

Maybe they should have an all Youtube Poop channel! Poop programing everyday! Exept in Florida and Utah.
Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.

I like YTP just as much as you do, but that's taking things a little far...  My sarcasm scouter broke when it reached over 9000.
