There were only four Metal Gear games made for Nintendo systems.

Does that include Snake's Revenge?

Awful.

Sonic and Mega Man have no chance, even though it would be nice.

PWNED

Hahahahahaha... Yup. Near pre-adolescent voice* and everything, one of those two, at least, has a very real chance of making an appearance.

_{*I find his demeanor and voice irritating. It doesn't make his moves any less cool, though!}

Which is why I played it safe and said "I don't know for sure." I wasn't saying he for sure wouldn't appear, I was saying that all these people who are saying "Well IGN said, so all these guys are in Brawl" are idiots. If Pac-Man and Bomberman are in Brawl I will eat a dollar bill.

What a narcissistic emblem...

I remember reading something about the makers of Brawl keeping the 3rd Party characters down to two or three, so there's no guarantee that Sonic will be the final 3rd party character.

Chupperson Weird · « **Reply #58 on:** October 10, 2007, 04:18:56 PM »

It still seems completely incongruous to include him.

silverstarman · « **Reply #59 on:** October 10, 2007, 06:32:49 PM »

I had a strong feeling he would be in the game, but I just thought they would throw him in by the end of development.
