It was pretty dumb of me to think they'd actually let him in, but I guess it isn't too bad that they didn't. There are waaaaay more characters to play as, after all.

Bah. I wanted Stafy to be playable. Who wouldn;t enjoy watching a tiny starfish beat up big guys like Snake and Fox?

Call me crazy, but I wouldn't be surprised if either Waluigi was a boss in Subspace and once you beat him he becomes a playable character and no longer an assist trophy. Sounds like something Nintendo might do.
