Ah I miss those days where touching ANYTHING that lives and isn't a human, causes instant death. Now look at Mario now (department of redundancy department), interacting with all sorts of monsters and not dying.

I heard that if you touch a Goomba a certain way, it will say "oh no you didn't!" and go all Chuck Norris on your ass. Therefore, "you automatically die" is an understatement.
