Why is this in Video Game Chat? Are you implying Angry Birds qualifies as a video game?

Angry Birds has more positive qualities that make it a video game than Pokémon.

That said, we already have a thread for smartphone gaming, and I feel like it would've made more sense to post about this there rather than giving it its own thread to quickly devolve into Weegee being a terrible person. While clearly a popular series overall, I feel like this community isn't the sort that cares that much about Angry Birds.

I know you made a mobile gaming thread for us and I applaud you for it, but this "will be made available for iOS, Android, Amazon Kindle Fire, Mac, PC, Windows Phone and Windows 8."  My PC is far from mobile.  Also, I do not make threads based on "Weegee being a terrible person."

Dude, Pokemon is only beat by Mario. Take that back.
But you're right, this should be in the smartphone thread.
Good sir

Popularity doesn't equal quality. I love Pokémon and it's colorful cast of critters, but the games really aren't very good.

You're right, but what I meant was that there was a reason Pokemon was so popular.

The Chef may be a mod, but he's just a normal person with slightly more power than you.

I let someone borrow my mobile to play Angry Birds:

Here's how I carry my mobile:
