What last quote that made you mad?
"It`s no coincidence they built the bar next to the small houses." ?
That one?
Do you have a small house?
Do you live near a bar?

-------
Weekly Frostbite Quote #3:

Girl: Hey, we`re all calling this guy up and yelling at him. You want to try?
Frostbite: Why would I do that?
Girl: He`s really mean. He calls people crackers.
Frostbite: So? Why should I care?
Girl: You`d want to be called an hors d`oeuvre?
Frostbite: If you think crackers are hors d`oeuvres, you must be poor.
Girl: Ew!

I'll spare you the migraine and give the answer:

18 18 16 12 1 X X -9-

Take the 8 playable characters from Mario Kart 64 and line them up in a row, top to bottom, left to right. (Like you are reading a book.) Then, the number is whatever hole on the N64 Mario Golf course "Mario's Star" that character is on:

Mario & Luigi - Hole 18
Peach - Hole 16
Toad - Hole 12
Yoshi - Hole 1
DK and Wario - (No holes, thus the X)
Bowser - Hole 9.

There you have it. I will make a new one today. (Don't worry, I promise. NO MORE LIKE THIS!)

Okay...
I think they seem easier to you because you made them up. The rest of us have no basis on which to hypothesize.
Anyway, if I ever get the question again, I may have some good Yoshi's Island questions... considering I just beat SMA3 today... all the levels are still fresh in my mind...

Well, since you got SMA3, I can give you some quality evil on Yoshi's Island then, eh?

5 quick Questions: (They're easy. Do them WITHOUT looking at the game!!!!) I'd say 3 is a good score without looking.

PS: These are on YI, not SMA3. Secret levels do not apply.

1. What is the only level with a one-word title?

2. In the pictures that represent each level on the map screen, how many have Yoshi on them?

3. Name any 2 levels with flashing eggs. (There are more than 2!)

4. Name Either of the 2 levels with a six word title.

5. Name the ONLY level with a car metamorphesis bubble.

BONUS (Fill in the blank): Extra 3 has one more ________ than all of the other levels.

Have fun! (Do it without looking first!)

I'll separate these into the ones I knew, and the ones I had to look up:
Well, I know right away that #1 is BLIZZARD!!!
2. Two? (??)
3. 1) Shy Guys on Stilts
   2) Touch Fuzzy, Get Dizzy
(I knew both the levels, I just forgot the names... rrgh)
--------------------------------
The ones I had to look for:
4. The Cave of the Mystery Maze
5. Lakitu's Wall

Well... you got 2 without looking. 4 With looking. There are 5 levels with Yoshi on the picture! 4-2, 4-7, 5-7, 6-3, and 6-7.

The others:

3. The 3rd level is Extra 4 (The Impossible? Maze)

4. The other one is Tap Tap the Red Nose's Fort. (6-4)

BONUS: I have said this about 5 times on the boards... Extra 3 has 21 red coins!

I got SMA3 Today... I am kinda dissapointed... The hit decection SUCKS... in 1-4 anyway... (I had 2 eggs pass through the lower left Piranha Plant in the room for the last Flower, and 2 more pass harmlessly through Burt the Bashful) And the Fuzzy animation is VERY choppy.

I also don't really like the Intro to a level music... they changed it to a snare drum! The timpani MAKES the intro music!

Ah well... hey, how do you get the Secret levels? I got 100's on all of the levels in World 1. Even the Extra one. Of course the requirement for The Bonus Challenges is only 700 total points per world! This is disgusting! The Bonus challenge should be for only the best players! I'd have the B.C. on every world if they did that in YI with my feet!

Hmm... well... I didn't have those problems in 1-4... that's weird.
Also, it's just that the intro music sounds wrong because it's at a weird frequency on the tiny GBA speaker....
You have to beat the game to get the secret levels. I like "Exercise in the Skies" and "The Neverending World of Yoshis" (I think that's what it's called)...
So... are you gonna ask another question, or what?

P.S. I have an excuse for not answering the bonus question... I was tired, and my Mom told me to get off too. And yes, I knew that it had 21 red coins... I've seen you write that several times.

Heh... Speaking of the 21 red coins in Extra 3, they took one out. There are now the correct 20 red coins in the SMA3 version of Extra 3.

New Question time: (Pure Evil!) Which Red coin did they take out?

PS: I noticed 5 differences at least between 4-4 in YI and 4-4 in SMA3. The most obvious being the extra middle ring before the pipe, the flippers before the pipe, and the location of the middle ring in the area where the main part branches into 4 chambers. Ah well. I have 100s on all the levels in the first 4 worlds. Including the Extra ones.

Heh, I got 100s on all the normal YI levels today. I tried every one of the Secret levels SO far... I didn't get too far on a couple of them *cough Secret 6 cough*... I was actually close on guessing a lot of them before I played!

Predictions:
Some kind of moving platformesque level: And there's Secret 1.
Another maze level: See Secret 2.
A level with pretty much nothing but those morph bubbles: Secret 3!
A messed up self-scroller: Secret 6 -- well kind of. About the whole level is like the first part.

And the two I guessed that weren't there:

Some kind of downwards falling chamber with Thorns as walls on both sides. Basicly, it tests your hovering skills. (Wait, this is like a really long version of the entrance to the main part of Secret 6. Hmmmm...)

A self-scrolling RISING vertical chamber.

And we MIGHT have a new all-time favorite Mario level here... That's right, we're talking about Secret 5. The Star Road 3 of YI. I didn't really play through it like I should have though... I laughed for about 10 minutes after playing through some (wait, all) 15 seconds of it. So far I haven't cleared any of them... Likely due to my "100 or Bust" policy: I get a 100, or I either:

A. Go back through the whole level to find what I am missing, or

B. Kill Yoshi on purpose to go back to a point in the level were I can. If that is the beginning, so be it. (I do this A LOT in Extra 5.)

I really, really, have to abandon that policy.

And for the question, you really have to have 100s on all levels of World 3 in BOTH games to get it. That is just all there is to it. And you have to look REALLY hard in the YI version.

Oh yeah, I already got a 100 on Secret 4. That level was prety easy. And I also got a 73 on Secret 5 :/ ... Anyone know where there are 7 Red Coins and 2 flowers?

Yeah, I just finished getting all 100s on the secret levels a couple days ago.  Secret 5 is a most wondorfully evil level, just in the whole deviousness of the level's layout...  though I'll say no more.  You've really got to go through with no knowledge of these levels (as should be with any game) to get the full experience...
I'll have to see what you think of the secret levels once you've bested them all, Insane Steve.

And the 21st coin that was removed?  That'd be the one in the post in the middle of that tiny rotating platform cluster.

Ya, that's it. The neglected coin, as I call it. The one everyone misses.

And don't tell me how to get the stuff I am missing on Secret 5. I found a neat equation for the score you'll get on Secret 5:

p = t + 10

Where p is the number of points you'll get, and t is the time (In minutes) you spend wandering aimlessly through it. I spent about an hour, and got a pathetic 73.

My scores right now (After about 2 hours)

S1: -
S2: 89 (I missed a Flower. Hmmmmm...)
S3: - (Morph bubbles really bore me)
S4: 100 (This one was really really easy. Gotta dig the SMB3esque part at the end what the cannons.)
S5: 73 (Grrrrrrr....)
S6: 75 (I really don't like this one. Too repetitive. You have to go through the same area 5 times to get a 100.

I don't know why I am making a separate post for this, but...

HAHAHA! After about 2 hours (Thus messing up my equation a bit... I don't think it would be linear anyway...) I got a 100 on Secret 5 with no help! And I didn't figure it out by accident either.

All I have to say is; The amount of evil in Secret 5 makes Bowser pathetic by comparison.

And you haven't truly played Secret 5 unless you have a 100 on it. Trust me.
