It's finally coming! And Nintendo is adding NEW LEVELS and items to Super Mario Bros. 3: Mario Advance 4! Go to http://www.nintendo.com/e32k3/ to find more info...

The best-selling game of all time, Super Mario Bros. 3, makes its portable debut with all-new features!
Bowser and his troublemaking kids have forced the land into complete chaos by transforming all the local kings into animals, and it's up to Mario and Luigi to stop them. In what many consider to be the best Mario game ever, players have to run, jump and stomp on enemies through eight enormous worlds, as they use new and classic power-ups. Dash past danger, swim treacherous seas and even take to the air, speeding toward a collision course with Bowser.

Features include:

Jump bottomless pits, stomp familiar foes and use awesome power-ups like the Warp Whistle and the Frog and Tanooki Suit, as you take the flight to Bowser and his kids.

Open up new levels and game features when you scan special cards through the e-Reader attachment.

Complete increasingly difficult levels, beating one of Bowser's kids at the end of each level on your way to the final battle with Bowser.

Discover multiplayer Mario madness when you link up with any of the other three Super Mario Advance games for frantic fun in the original Mario Bros. game.

I'd buy that game in a heartbeat!  If I didn't, I'd be crazy!

Long live the Mario Brothers!

Hey! Weird! In some of the screenshots at http://www.nintendo.com/e32k3/ (click on the screens beside the info for each game), it appears that some stuff from other games is incorporated into SMB3!

-Capes (SMW)
-Chargin' Chucks (SMW)
-Giant Vegetables (SMA)

Groovy! ^_^

Heh. I bet they're just going to feature the multitude of extra levels that they left in the original game but didn't use. Just like I said.
Of course, those levels didn't have Chargin' Chucks and feathers and stuff... how about Yoshi?
That was a joke.

I have actually been working on making a SNES handheld to play this game on the AllStars cart, but now I don't have to.

I just watched an E3 preview on CNN news and after showing some new PlayStation 2 games the reporter wanted to show an old Mario game to see how much the games have advanced.  She showed a guy playing SMB3.  She thought it was an old game, but the "Game Expert" she was interviewing thought it was SM64.  They said a lot of incorrect things, but this was astounding. Heh.

frostbite, I'm sure you've gathered from reading that that it's a brand new Mario RPG for GBA. I wonder what it'll be like.

Luigison, that's insane. But those game guys on CNN always act like morons.
That was a joke.
