Mario's not fat. He's just built that way.
Now, his face may be a bit chubby, but how do you exercise your face?

Oh yes, one thing I was going to mention. Steve asked how exactly the Zelda characters knew about the Mario characters anyway. Answer: Simple. They don't. That type of thing is not meant to be explained within the context of the game, and that's all.

Can you give me the address of this site? I'm gonna flame their guestbook like you wouldn't believe!  When I get back, I will feel fulfilled.

You know what?  I just kinda noticed how stupid we all are...  Talking about things that don't exist like they do, about space-time continums, about the links between Zelda games and Mario games.  THEY ARE JUST GAMES!!!  I mean, when I joined this message board, I wanted to talk about Mario in a fun, non-serious way.  When you get into the time continum thing, and trying to figure out who Mario is exactly like you've met him...  I mean, I thought we were here to talk about V-I-D-E-O G-A-M-E-S!!!  Mario is not real, he will never be real!  He's a fantasy character who is a bunch of ones and zeros which are arranged for our entertainment!  There are no space-time continums, no interleping dimensions, NO MARIO!!!  He is an imaginary person WHO DOES NOT EXIST!  I mean, I know I'm the "Mario Master", and I like Mario and talking about him, but COME ON!!!  A bunch of you are in or out of Jr./Sr. High School, and you're talking about something I talked about when I was THREE-YEARS OLD!!!  I play Mario VIDEO GAMES because they're fun!  Not because I believe he's a real person who lives in another dimension!  I mean, that's a cool theory, but to obcess over it is ridiculous!  If you want to talk about Mario, then talk ABOUT THE VIDEO GAMES!!  I'm not saying it's not okay to talk about that, it's the fact that you seem to believe it!  It's screwed up!  I've grown up playing Mario games, and I USED to believe he was real, but I grew up!  I got a life other than Mario!  Mario became an entertaining passtime!  NOT AN OBCESSION!!!  BTW, if you're wondering why I'm saying the same thing over again is because I want to get it through to you guys that Mario is a video game, and that he should remain.  In reality and in our minds.  I'm sorry for that rant, but seriously.  Mario is a video game.  And a game, is a game, is a game...
It is entertainment, not a way to live.
A hobby, not a M.O.
It is fantasy, not a real thing.

Wow. I didn't mean for you to get so upset. Do you ACTUALLY believe that I think video game stuff is true--in another dimension? Of course not! It's fantasy--made up by creative minds!!
When I said about the continuum junk, I meant in the VIDEO GAME universe. Earth is included in the VG universe, also.
I'm talking about in the bounds of games, not REAL life!! I never meant to offend anyone, and I'm truly sorry. :(

I don't think you offended him. He just realized how "stupid we all are." People make that realization from time to time.

Sorry, I was really upset.  Really paranoid.  I got no sleep because my stupid neighbor's dog was barking all night, then the dog ran up and tackled me on my way to the bus stop, and when I got the dog off of me finally, the owner comes over and starts yelling at me!  I missed my bus, so I had to walk THREE MILES to school, I was late, got a detention, and then had my exams!  If you read that other thread about bad game experiences, then you'll find that I have the worst luck "in the history of forever."  But seriously, I was not bad-talking Mario.  I just misunderstood and thought that you really believed in him.  Ok?  Sorry for insulting everyone.

Everyone has the right to stupidity, but you"re abusing the privilage.

Wow, you really DO have the worst luck. I feel bad for you, seriously. I hope your luck picks up. :)
Oh, that's okay. Now that I see it was just a misunderstanding and you were having a REALLY bad day, I'm not upset anymore.

HAHAHAHAHA!!! My Summer Vacation started in Mid March!!! (Well, for a different reason. School actually gets out like June 2 or something, 'cuz of snow days.) Hahaha! Those suckers stuck at school!! ...Well, touché for them on me. They get to move on to the next grade (most, anyway.)
*Sigh* Alas...a straight A, perfect citizenship, model student, winner of the school's art calender, and overall well-liked person...held back due to illness... Cruel fate...

Wow.... erm... wow. I mean, at least my bad luck only happens at once normally... I usually don't have long strings of consecutive bad events like that. Whoa.

Anyways, my long rant was only a way to show you a part of my personality. And although a pointless issue, you don't get people saying things like "nice rant" by merely posting how dumb the topic is... And it reminds me of a quote I read in a picture.

*Disclaimer* This quote is not meant to offend physically disabled people. It is meant to insult people who argue over the internet like me.

Congratulations! You have just been blessed by the wisdom of Steve.
