Every year, I just get a crapload of useless candy that I don't like and it ends up just sitting in my closet for half a year until my mom throws it out.

Besides, someone needs to be at home to give out candy, and now that my brother's at college, that someone has to be me.

Welcome back, frostbite. (In case you didn't notice, frostbite initially had the "quotes" idea for the signature first, but since I didn't think he'd be back, I kind of "borrowed" it for a while.) Please stay this time?

Anyways, I doubt I'm going out this year. Maybe the last 5 minutes of curfew again. Even if I was, what would I go as?

Yes.  Unless someone here is a stalker.  Insane Steve, you can go as a laundry basket.  You take a laundry basket, cut the bottom off, so you can put it on, and then you put a bunch of clothes on yourself!
