Now I know that there's no realy substitute for Mario, but, what if, for some reason, all Mario games and information were erased from the earth. What would you play? I, for one, would play Kirby and Final Fantasy. But...I sure would miss Mario.

Quiz: Why did you just read the above post?
a)You were bored.
b)You were stupid.
c)You were curious.
d)You don''t know.
e)All of the above.
f)You didn''t read it.

Think about it.

I do enjoy Mario but I like the Zelda series the best so I'd probably keep playing that.
With Mario I must play the games.
With Zelda I must own and completely DOMINATE them.

I'd either kill myself or try and use Sonic and Kirby for substitutes... Or I'd kill myself.

Zelda, Pokemon, and Sonic would probably be my substitutes. I wouldn't kill myself seeing as how I wouldn't have known about Mario.

Sonic the hedgehog. But that'll never happen.

What's the point? This is senseless.

The Andorian Mining Consortium runs from no one.
That was a joke.

I did own every game at one time but I sold them along with the systems they belonged to when the new systems came out.
I wish I hadn't.

I enjoy the Mario franchise, however, I do like Kirby a lot, Zelda, and Pokemon too. Metroid also.

Lemmings and Tetris, most notably. Likely also Zelda and Sonic.

The older, 2-D Sonic game are my favorite right after the Zelda series, then Mario comes in 3rd.

I would play Zelda, Metroid, Sonic, other Nintendo series games, and other stuff.  But man it would suck to not have Mario!
PS:  I own every Zelda game including both Zelda: Link's Awakenings & Promo disk (heck I even have both Smash Bros. & Super Mario RPG)  excluding the CD rom Zeldas, but my NES Zelda 2's save battery is dead...I also own every Metroid Game up to date.
