Sorry for the dub, but I was just listening to Ozzy's "Just Want U" on Pandora and opened part of the page in a new tab which made the line, "There are no unnameable names. Shall I say it again?" line repeat.

My reaction:

I should add to my previous post that it happened when I had just watched a fake Nintendo video and read the rumor that Nintendo was going to change the Wii U name to Nintendo U.

edit: oh my god I am ****ing retarded
Really, I'm very, very sorry. I genuinely apologize for what I did here.
(Basically, I posted a story that caught my eye without verifying or looking into the matter at all or even seeing Alex Jones' name on it, which, if you don't know who he is...well, basically he's a far right conspiracy loon, very large emphasis on loon.)

ShadowBrain · « **Reply #11854 on:** May 04, 2012, 10:15:05 AM »

Whoa, you don't just throw Alex Jones stuff on the Pointless Topic. That kind of thing gets its own Not at the Dinner Table thread, and then turns into 4chan.

But yeah, as if anybody's surprised we live in a secret dictatorship.

WHO USED THE I WORD TO DESCRIBE THE REPUBLIC OF CHINA?!

CrossEyed7 · « **Reply #11857 on:** May 12, 2012, 10:07:09 PM »

I don't know why the Chinese government is putting so much effort into crawling us when they're just going to censor us anyway.

And does it really take thirty spiders over six months to read everything on here? We're really not that big.

Twenty-nine of them are trying to interpret steven9wii.

bobbysq1337 · « **Reply #11859 on:** May 14, 2012, 04:27:35 PM »

I had to look up steven9wii, and then I laughed.

ShadowBrain · « **Reply #11860 on:** May 14, 2012, 09:34:49 PM »

Speaking of Chinese, I'm hearing someone speaking Chinese again, and I'm wondering (no racist) again how they work out emotional inflections with all those tonal differences. This girl sounds unnervingly deadpan and mush-mouthed.

It's also worse than we thought.

"Trevor, on our laptop, how do we get to YouTube? Do you just type, uh, "YouTube" into the search bar?"

I keep forgetting we have the same name, so that threw me off for a second.

Well, that would work wouldn't it?
