Okay, for all those who have played through the game, or ignored my warning: what did you name the yoshi? I named mine Yosarian, after the protagonist in Joseph Heller's Catch 22.

I entered nothing in the spaces, so it gave mine the defaut name: Yoshi.

I think we know it, anyway. I named mine Demonio (it's red). It wasn't until later that my brother pointed out it was "devil" in Spanish. Why didn't I see that?
