This is a Metal Gear Solid:The Twin Snakes wallpaper I picked up at Kojima Productions.
Also, the little character at the bottom left is my OtaClock, a clock from MGS2 (He's based off a real character in the game and in game he analyzes pictures, but the game's creator's turned him into a clock), and a translated version is available for download here.

I was doing an image search for my own reasons, and I came across three beautiful M&L:PiT wallpapers. I'll probably change to the third one in the list before long, but until then it looks like this.
