You take a picture of it. Same way you'd take a picture of the entire screen.

(I'm not sure if Windows computers have the ability to take a picture of just a portion of the screen. Shouldn't be hard to crop out the unneeded stuff, though.)

I assume you paste it into an image editor and crop it.

Alt+Print Screen takes a picture of the currently focused application. So yes, Windows computers have that ability.
