It might not be Mr. Koopa. See how he types in all capitals? The emails weren't. The email I got was in proper gramar, and the one PaperLuigi sent me had all letters in capitals.

I don't think it's Mr. Koopa, unless he's trying to cover it up.

EDIT: Mystery solved! It was my older brother! I caught him writing a sorry note to deezer as dr_sh0ws! Well, at least he appologized.

I think that admins can check PMs, I think that's how I recieved my "Backseat Moderator" title, but I don't know how these forums work.

They can check PMs?? That wouldn't be right. It said that PMing is used to replace emails, and emails are supposed to be private. Plus that's why they're call private messages.
