Because sometimes, pretending that you're a person who can't get anything right is fun, I guess.

Not sure how I missed this when it happened, but it looks like there's quite a few games that were originally retail only that are now downloadable on the 3DS, which is pleasantly surprising. Maybe I'll buy a game that will make me actually use the device every once in a while. I already have Mario Kart and Kid Icarus, and the PC version of Scribblenauts, so any recommendations? I've heard very good things about Mario 3D Land, but I'm not sure about giving up fourty monies for what sounds like an incredibly short and easy game. Still, the lack of "BAH BAHs" in the music and the linear 3D platforming sure is tempting.

You've been misinformed. SM3DL is long as butts and brings the heat near the end.

3D Land is fantastic. Better Mario game than the next best, which makes it the best, if you're asking me.

Only full 3DS games I have are 3D Land, Uprising, and Zelda: OoT3D. Cheap little ones, Dillon's Rolling Western and Gunman Clive, because apparently my 3DS exists only for cowboy adventures.

Alright this game better be great or I'll... be disappointed that I purchased it.

And if you are disappointed, just remember that I laid down 50 big ones on Duke Nukem Forever. You'll instantly feel better.
If my son could decimate Lego cities with his genitals, I'd be [darn] proud.

HAHAHAHAHA. Also, the game is great. Real great. I love it. Really love it.

I find it pretty good, though the physics are sometimes questionable. Mario's jumping distance is pitiful, and the amount of momentum required to clear gaps seems excessive to me.

But that's just lil' old me.

hehe The new pope is Pope Paco. Unfortunately not as good as having Pope Dolan, but then again he would've taken another name anyway.

A bunch of stuff I've had arrive in the mail in the past couple of weeks:

The games whose titles are in Japanese are Rhythm Tengoku and Umihara Kawase Shun SE Kanzenban (the best version of a very fun grappling hook-based platformer; it had a 3DS sequel announced a short time ago).

Said noted 4chan poster named after an Internet meme, Weegee.

I didn't get pictures of them, but the CDs from this Kickstarter also arrived. Also, the shipping window for Ouyas opened today, so I should get an email soon about mine going out.

I'm pretty pleased with my life right now. I'm healthier than I've ever been, I have a job now, it's a flexible enough one that I don't have to stop Everymanning, Everymanning means that even with the job I still have plenty of time to goof off, I may not be on fire with writing comics but don't feel negative about the drawing part... everything's pretty good for me right now

You're confusing me and him.

Thanks for posting that, though! As mentioned several times before, FF:4HoL is one of my all-time favourite RPGs.
