Personally I'm not keen on the idea of a 'baby DK'.

Hehe. I hear ya. 'Can't stop it, though, so just go with the flow, I guess!

Wow.

I've haven't been this excited about a new release in AGES.

I am 100% definitely getting this when it comes out. I've always wanted a true sequel to YI.

i beat yoshis island. wow the last level rocks

anyways when yoshis island ended i thought how are there going to make a sequal. mario and luigi already have parents so is the story for YI2 just mario rides on yoshi for fun or something. and wheres luigi in the trailor. is it possible yoshis island 2 could be a prequal of yoshis island? or the might just forget the story from the first one.

Maybe the 'island school' is where all future heroes, damsels and villans are raised.

I'd have to agree that I'm not fond of "baby DK"

donkey kong didnt grow up in yoshis island! he doesnt live in a cute world he lives in a world thats kind of realistic but the characters arent at all realistic.

by the way is green yoshi the only playable yoshi? if there add different colored yoshis then you should be able to pick a yoshi like yoshis story and they should have special abilities instead of all being the same.

'Baby DK' is living proof that he is Craky's GRANDson, and not SON.

How's that? This Baby DK is existing in the past, in the same time frame as Baby Mario.

And the different-colored Yoshis are based on the level, like in Yoshi's Island.

Oh. So thats the baby version of the original DK. Not the DKC one. My mistake.

Dark_Shark · « **Reply #25 on:** May 18, 2006, 03:09:46 PM »

No.That is the current Donkey Kong in the process of growing up.

BLAH!This game is messing up Donkey Kong's origin!And I hate that. >=(

rubberducky · « **Reply #26 on:** May 18, 2006, 03:36:13 PM »

wow i didnt know the donkey kong story is so complex.

The Chef · « **Reply #27 on:** May 18, 2006, 07:23:33 PM »

How the heck are we supposed to figure out if that's Cranky as a baby or Super DK as a baby?

Dark_Shark · « **Reply #28 on:** May 19, 2006, 05:25:00 PM »

Simple that is the current Donkey Kong .Only now his origin is being tampered with and is scrabbling all of our brains.

CreamCat · « **Reply #29 on:** May 19, 2006, 05:37:35 PM »

I'm guessing the Baby DK is Cranky, he's probably just a bit older then the other babies (and he's an ape meaning he ages faster) so it's more then likley him.
