I personally think a lot of the others are funny too, though some are only slightly funny because they are basically just "----- stole some video game character's bike", sometimes without even a music edit. I still find the scenarios humorous to some extent, though - some criminal from the real world is coming in and stealing stuff from characters in games, thereby interfering with what's supposed to happen in the games. Some are rather creative, though, with unique twists; those I tend to find funnier. I would post examples, but it might be against the rules here to link to sites like those (as NB said).

It doesn't appear to be against the rules to me. There doesn't seem to be a "no posting or linking to offensive content" rule.

I was going to say something very similar, but I can tell you that there are things far worse than words that have little effect anymore. Being of a particular race isn't an insult, even if the word to describe the race is supposed to be.
