Looks to me like a stylized Wigglerfly. You know, they were in Yoshi's Island, and for some reason they were called "Flutter" in Mario Party 6.

Well, don't be surprised. I had been working on that drawing of Mario and Luigi since the days before I amde the charicatures! ;p

The Luigi and Daisy picture has a nice atmosphere, with the bright and flowery and all that. I'm not fond of Luigi and Daisy as a couple, but the picture's excellent.
