Mß, that is the most awesome secret ever.  I know it's hard to say, but what's your call:  Do you think Nintendo can remove this functionality down the line?

I noticed that a while back as well, and also at first did think there was something wrong with one of the lights.

Yesterday, I was introduced to what may be the greatest secret of all.  You can boot Japanese GC games on a US Wii system (and vice-versa) and NTSC GC games on a PAL Wii system!  The timing is very tight, but it does work!
Oooh! I'm going to try this with Doshin.

. . . since this is part of the GC functionality they might choose not to edit it/can't edit. . .
That was a joke.

I think the slash implied that MEGAߥTE wasn't sure if it could be edited or not.
Remember that your first Goomba boldly you walk? When Mario touched that mushroom being brought up more largely remember that you are surprised? Miscalculate your jump that pit remember that it falls?

Another possible interpretation.
That was a joke.

MaxVance's "interpretation" is the correct one.

I think my main point in the first place was that obviously he doesn't know but possibly thinks they might not be able to, so the question was pretty much answered way before it was asked.
Hard to remember now, though.
That was a joke.

How can a question be answered before it was asked? Did MEGAߥTE, like, go back in time, whisper the answer in his past self's ear while he was at the computer, then go forward in time to discover the world has been ruled by apes for hundreds of years?

Yes, except you got one detail wrong. The world was ruled by lizards for hundreds of years.

You seriously need to play Goemon's Great Adventure.  I've said this before, but consider this your annual reminder.

Found it.

I guess it's your bi-annual reminder.
