I doubt I'm going out this year. I'll likely hand out candy - and I usually wear a Stars and Stripes hat that is about a foot tall. Yes, wrong holiday, I know.
2 years ago I went as an "improvised fisherman" - I wore a fishing hat and an outdoors-style jacket and went out for about 5 minutes before curfew. I filled a full bag in a half block - people were desparate to get rid of their candy.
