BEST: .75 to Mario RPG, .25 to Mario Galaxy (It would be an even split, but I have a feeling Galaxy is going to get more votes anyway).

WORST: Sunshine. More bleh than meh, though.

Best: Paper Mario: TTYD. I loved Bowser's 2-d levels in that game. They should make a 2-d platformer game for Bowser and release it for wiiware.

Worst: Sunshine. Seriously? They Couldn't find a better voice actor?

And I vote for best non-mario playable character.

That's what the creators thought too. The game isn't based solely Bowser, but it became into what we now call "Super Paper Mario."

Also, there's a fangame called Paper Bowser World (and a sequel) that expands Bowser's levels into a full game. Quite fun.

Best: While I also liked the 2D Bowser levels in PM2, my favorite form of Bowser is.. the cartoon form! Ok, since the Super Show/SMW isn't a game, I seriously vote for the console Mario Parties (1-3 on the N64, 4-7 on the GC, and 8 I guess..) They show him for what he is: a Koopa King with magic powers (remember: the story for SMB said that he turned the citizens of the MK into blocks, bricks, and weeds) When he shows up in the MP games, he uses his magic to.. change the rules of the game. Ok, so that's a bit different than taking over the world, but an evil magic user takes what he can.

Also, I really like his character in SMG, so I guess that's one vote for MP (pick one) and one for SMG.

I'll come back and do my Worst later..

Worst: I don't know.. there were some that were better than others, but I don't particularly think there is a worst one..

Best: Either TTYD for the 2d platform stages between certain chapters, or Galaxy.

Worst: Sunshine. He was kind of meh, and he just didn't sound right when he spoke. I still think the cartoons had the best talking Bowser.
This is Sunshine Bowser's only cool part.

Honestly, I thought Bowser's voice in Super Mario Sunshine was great. It really shows you the evil kind of personality he has. I think that same voice is used in a few other Mario games. As for that link Kojinka posted...

Best: Paper Mario TTYD: I though his size was good, and was an amusing character. His levels were so much funner than Peach's.

Worst: Super Mario Sunshine: He felt very tacked on because he was easy to beat, was too big but had no reason to be that size, had a silly voice, and just felt rushed.
