Is there anything you hate in the Mario universe?

-Too many Mario Parties
-How the CPU always overtakes you in Mario
Kart 64 at 150cc
-Baby Mario won't stop crying in YI

Well, now that I think about it, there are a few things that I really hate about Mario. Brighton and Twila, from Mario Party 6, are so stupid. I also hate Piantas from Mario Sunshine, and the stage in Paper Mario? I get real close to beating Bowser and Kammy, and the stage freezes me! Groan...that gets real frustrating. But, aside from a few retarded characters and game settings, Mario is all right with me.

I don't like how he says "Super Mario Sunshine" in the game entitled Super Mario Sunshine. Ever since I saw the trailer, I thought his voice was too high when he said it.

Bowser Jr. bugs me. Just how he talks, and stuff. How he always calls Bowser "Papa". I dunno, maybe I'm being too picky. I also think that in Super Smash Bros. Melee, Luigi's voice is waaay too high.

No, ALL the Mario Karts have massively cheating AI. Add random items, which skew more powerful when you're behind, and experience has virtually nothing to do with how you place in a Mario Kart.

For a lesson in good AI and non-random items, check out Diddy Kong Racing. And what did that turn out to be? The best N64 game made.

And for the record:

-cheating AI in the Karts

-the poor sound quality in MvDK. The content was fine, but the sample rate sounded low or something...

-blue coins in SMS. If you wanted all Shines, they were each as important as a single Shine. Ugh.

Yeah, that's due to the cruddy GBA sound hardware. I'm quite sure the sample rate was low.

As for something I hate about Mario... I can't really think of anything.

I've never played Mario Party games, but I can be fairly certain that there's no "baby music" in any of them, or in any other Mario games (unless you count the music when you turn on YI, which is not stupid).

I like playing the Mario Party series, but I think if Ninty just stopped making them they could come out with a decent game.IMO the Mario Party series are games Ninty makes so they dont have to worry with coming up with new ideas........

Its weird since Mario isn't directly from Italy. He's from Brooklyn. At least thats what I have been hearing anyway. Its Mario 64 that really made him Italian, though hearing him with a New York accent would be kind of weird too. And Peach should have stuck with the slightly less annoying voice in Mario 64 not the Peach who sounds like she has laringitus (yes I know the spelling is wrong) and is sucking on helium.

I'd love to see what Mario and Luigi's parents are like....that's a bit of a mystery...

As far as things that bug me...Well the cutscenes in SMS were...really, really bad. But there was this once scene...ever notice how long Shadow Mario's tounge is when he sticks it out?

And people dont take screenshots of this stuff...for shame.

THough I haven't tried it yet (still have to find the original so I can compleat it) I am VERY worried about Mario And Luigi: Partners in Time...very sceptical about that one. With such lighthearted stories are they even going to handle time traveling the right way? They're encountering their past selves and that could be very dangerous, not to mention the time loop they create (Little Mario grows--goes back in time--meets little Mario--that Little Mario Grows) THOUGH I am very interested to see what we'll find out about their childhood and possibly even their parents! But the Idea of them helping their past selves is a tad creepifying. I'll just have to wait and see.

How Nintendo is making some Mario games to fast so they aren't that good.
To many Mario sports and not enough MARIO Mario games.
Taking away the main part people play Mario: Classic. (Mario sports, Mario Party, Super Mario Sunshine)

I tell you all. If Mario didn't have all those spin-offs most of us wouldn't even be here.

Nintendo is already making a main game for the DS so Please this it is a dumb thing to say that Nintendo ignoring Classic Games.

These games are attracting more Mario fans everyday. So the new games are good and it adds another Mario game to our collection instead of making one.

You all must remember that Nintendo is working on the REV and LOZ:TP.

Nintendo has many more other games to work on so stop complaining.
