Sorry, CW, too late, I already smashed the bug that did that. Now the pipes spit out Mushrooms and Poison Mushroom, and Fire Flowers and Hammer Suits randomly appear on the ground blocks. They change Marios to the appropriate power, but I still have to make the fireballs and hammers that they'll shoot.............maybe I should just design the coins while I'm at it.

Hey, I was wondering-I'd like to play your games, but are there any bugs in them? I would also like to know if the game makes the computer turn full screen and there's no way of getting Windows XP back down to its normal size...I hate games that turn everything big.

So long as you've got DirectX 8.1 or higher, you can play my game, but I'm not guaranteeing it won't end up running REALLY fast on windows XP.

Not yet. I still need to make the object engine for the fireballs, hammers, and coins.

Just wait 'till my next release, I'll have the new stuff by then. Now Fire Mario shoots fireballs, Hammer Mario throws hammers, and coins appear after enemies are killed, but nobody can detect any of that yet...........I've also made a Red Coin that randomly appears in battle instead of a coin that gives you TWO coins when you pick it up! And I've taken out the coin numbers in battle mode and replaced them with actual coin images for a more pleasing look.

I downloaded your game,(version 1.30) and wow! Its alot better then previous versions. Plus, I've never seen Mario swear like that! It's still a little too fast, but its still very playable. I liked the water stages.
BTW jon, I have a Mario game made....(well, Mario and others...)If you want it.

Just ROMs of actual games, y'know, that were actually sold. There's not a lot of controversy in fan-made games. I mean, you can't SELL them or anything, as the original company still owns the copyrights, but... eh, you probably get it.

Okay, I finally got my version, 1.31, uploaded, you can get it here. Although with all the stuff I've been adding, I highly doubt Inernet play will still run in sync. All that's needed is a mushroom that apears on one computer but not in another to run the game out of sync. I'll have to test it with somebody now..............

Oh yeah, did you see the latest article at nintendo.com?
