No, LD and Chup have the same amount of power on the FF.The only ones more powerful are Deezer and MB.

I have to give my obligatory stock statement about how I normally detest threads celebrating post counts, but on certain occasions, such as [# of posts], I feel it's alright.

There were 37 entrants. Luigison opted out of the grand prize and Black Mage opted out of both prizes. Thus, odds of winning the game were 1 in 35 and winning the CT was 1 in 36.
