Fact: Teenage guys have a VERY high metabolism. But by the mid-20s, all that eating catches up. The metabolism slows down. If you don't stop the intense eating, you'll slowly gain weight and never be able to lose it again. This is why most adult (married) men have potbellies aka "middle-age spread."

Really? I thought they were called "beer bellies" heh heh...actually this is exactly what it says in my Fitness for life book (subject Im taking this year)"As you grow older and the hormone levels in the body begin to change, levels of body fatness also change. During the teen years, female hormones cause girls to develop more body fatness than boys. Because of male hormones, teenage boys have greater musle development than girls"  *snicker* and people say youll never use this stuff outside of school..;P

Anyway, I'm about as skinny as they come. I don't really eat that much either, so I'm doing fine anyway. I don't have very big muscles but aparently I'm pretty strong.

These forums have a strange way of making you do that. Look at me--hardly anyone knows I have OCPD, but everyone here does.

Speaking of body frames, I'm pretty average, although I'm a little short. I *do* wish I were slimmer, but, honestly, how many girls don't?

BTW, you do know I'm joking, right? I mean, those statements *are* true (;P), but I like pretending I'm stuck up. It's quite funny, IMO. I'm really actually pretty quiet and conservative.
