Legal issues concerning the Mario comics and cartoons.

I've recently started work on a little Mario website and am currently giving it a forum. Now one of the Boards has to do with the Mario comics and cartoons and I'm wondering if it is illegal to post comic scans, or links to episodes of the various Mario cartoons that exist, so if anyone knows I would greatly  appreicate it if you told me.

Not at all! The scans are perfectly safe, as I was on a great website that had scans of the comics I read. The links are also okay, as long as you don't actually put them on the site. If I'm wrong, (which I'm almost sure I'm not) somebody please correct me.

Well, so long as you don't do anything nuts like make Mario stories, or things about evil bread, you should be okay. If you do, consider chaning your identity and moving to a new continent.
