They were not banned for being under aged. The "be 13 +" thing is really a guideline. cantthinkofaname dug his own grave. Then either came back to push some dirt (cement?) over it or sent someone to do it for him.

On the internet, age doesn't seem to matter as much to me. I mean, people 29+ often turn out to be the worst at using the internet, while younger people are the more skilled ones. Also, being a lazy, chatspeaking moron on the internet knows no age. coolkid, at 8 years old, did it, and I'm sure some of the n00bs that have recently been invading #tmk with chatspeak and stupidity were surely over 15.
