No, the PS2 had far more. And "The longer a system is around, the more crappy ports it accumulates, period." isn't really true because crappy ports ceased for Xbox and especially GC shortly after their respective successors launched while PS2 continue to receive them. The same went for N64, whereas PS1 continued to get garbage for years. The majority of crap always goes to the generation leader.
When I say "around", I mean "not dead yet". The PS2 is getting more crap because the GC and XB aren't supported at all anymore. I don't think the PS3 will live long enough to see that fate judging by its track record so far; that honor will likely go to the 360 around 2012 or so, since the 360 is basically this generation's PlayStation (The Wii being the GameCube and the PS3 being the Dreamcast, of course).
