This one time at work, there was this work order that I was looking at.

I was like, "Why the heck did they only get charged $17.99 for this bullspit?! Tom, come look at this."

Me and Tom both agreed that the business card layout did not meet any of the premade designs.

"They should have been charged 30 bucks! And the dude came in yesterday and ordered more expecting the same price as last time! Shift!"

But it turns out that when I confronted the guy who charged the customer only $17.99, it actually DID meet one of the premade designs! My face was red, let me tell you.
