The most I see of shirtless men is usually just people mowing their lawns. In my humble town, nobody walks around public without shirts. Except joggers. So in this town the Shirtless Man Law is limited to only those mowing their lawn and joggers.

There was a priest around where I live who just got arrested for jogging nude at 4 AM. He said he sweats too much if he wears clothes. And then he pleaded not guilty.

That's possible; I know the newspaper where I live has run urban legends as actual stories before. This one was a local story on the radio, but still.

Also, I hope that nude German sex therapist jogger wasn't Dr. Ruth.
