What design of Donkey Kong do you prefer?  His classic Nintendo style or his modern Rare design?

Both are fine with me. He's Donkey Kong either way.

I love the Rare design compared to the Nintendo one. I just think modern looks better. I've never liked NES games designs.

He was best in Mario Kart 64.

Rare's look. Specifically the way he looks in Brawl.

By "Nintendo", I pictured the DKJB DK, which is the DK.

NO.

IT IS NOT.

NOT AT ALL.

TOOTHY GRIN = FUGLY.

Oh yeah, I hate that stupid grin he does. So...I guess I like Rare Donkey Kong better.

I like Rare Donkey Kong's games better anyway. Rare Donkey Kong ftw.

Ditto, so therefor, I voted for Nintendo DK.

Oh, right... well, besides that. I guess I was thinking more of physical structure and graphical appearance.

I don't know what the difference is, but I first came to like Donkey Kong in DKC, so I'm going with the Rare design.

I'm going with the Rare design, because the toothy grin look is awful.

You forgot the myriad of Post-Rare images that show him with the butt-ugly TOOTHY GRIN.

Well, gorrilas do have teeth...

Anyway, I don't really like many of the new designs. The eye area bugs me so much. What has fur around their eyes when the rest of their face is bald?
