My guess is...
155 pounds

For Wario (since he is a lot fatter)...
230 pounds

Although the TMK site has the weights of the Mario characters, I say they are VERY underestimated... Here are my guesses for the 8 characters in Mario Kart 64.

Mario: 185 lbs
Luigi: 165 lbs
Peach: 115 lbs
Toad: 70 lbs
Yoshi: 145 lbs
DK: 350 lbs
Wario: 265 lbs
Bowser: 420 lbs
