I knew you'd find it eventually. That is correct. If you HAVE a question, go ahead and post it.

Nothing yet. I am not sufficiently inspired.

Sorry for my presence, I am merely bumping all the relevant topics above these annoying pictures (Half of which don't work).

Don't mind me.

Heh, I came up with a strange question on Mario music.

You know how music has a time signature? 4/4, 3/4, 6/8, 2/2, etc.? You know, the marking which says how many beats per measure are in a song?

Well, what Mario song has the rather weird time signature of 13/8? (Yes, this reads 13 eights, or 13 eighth notes per measure.)

HINT: While you were playing a game, was there a song that you had a really hard time keeping the beat to? Check that out again.

Well, I'll give you a nice big hint, because I really want you to see this. It's actually kind of interesting that they'd be able to compose a song is such a signature.

This song is in Super Mario RPG.

Merry early Christmas.

Is it Star Hill?
If not, I'll go look for it.

Na, I am fairly sure the Star Hill song is in 3\4 time. I am thinking of another one.

Again, 3\4. (But a hard-to-count 3\4). It may be a really slow 6\8, but not 13\8.

Give up yet?

Not Nimbus Castle (or whatever it's called) is it? (I don't remember that music very well.) And no, I don't give up yet.

Wait... I think I've got it, but I don't have access to the game, so I can't check...
Is it in Smithy's factory?
I think that's the place, with the "machine-made" enemies and the nuts you have to jump across...

Heh. Fifth got another one. Impressive.

(Assign one eighth beat to every note in the song. You'll hear it. 13 beats a measure. Or you can count one 3\8 measure followed by one 4\8 measure followed by one 6\8 measure if you still can't hear it.)
