Alright, here are my opinions. They may be offensive, they may not be, I haven't written them yet. However, if you disagree with any of them, let me know why. I'd be happy to defend anything I say.

"Paper Mario needs a sequel. This better be like the story of Paper Mario and not SMRPG. I hate that Spithy crap. Paper Mario 2 Bowser stole the star rod and the 8 star spirits including Twink. I can see it now"
Heh. While, you may be able to see Bowswer stealing the Star Rod~again, the 7 Star Spirits~again, and Twink, does it not sound a bit redundant? Actually, I think it sounds flat out unoriginal. It would be basically Paper Mario all over again. Oh, wait, he stole Twink. Nevermind.
Personally, I liked Super Mario RPG much better. Paper Mario seemed, a bit too childish for me to enjoy it fully. I mean, it was alright, but well, didn't fit my liking I guess. The whole idea is a lot like Mario RPG in the first place. That is, finding the 7 Star "Spirits." None the less, I'm getting off topic.
My point is, if they were to make another Mario "RPG," I wouldn't want it to be another Paper Mario. I mean, storyline is what it's all about, eh?
marioguy:
"It's a joke because he wacks his head with a hammer. On my computer I almost beat Smithy. I got bored of it so now I hate SMRPG"
This honestly made me laugh. You dislike Mario RPG, because you ALMOST beat Smithy? I didn't think he was too hard, but that's not the problem. I just would like to know WHY you hate it. And please, don't tell me it's because you're "bored" of it. That's a terrible, terrible reason. I get bored of games all the time, yet I don't hate them for it. RPGs aren't games, well ususally, that you can play through repeatedly without getting bored of it. Mainly, because you know what's going to happen. But, it's your choice. You'll just be hating a lot of good games.
Sapphira:
"Both SMRPG and Paper Mario are 2 of my favorite Mario games, but I lean more towards PM. I liked the Storyline better (using the classic plot with an even deeper plot.) Although I did love the major plot twists in SMRPG. But I have to admit, the "Smithy" thing was a little TOO different from a typical Mario game."
I agree with Chupperson Weird, entirely. However, what is seen as a good thing to me, may not be to others, so, meh. No use argueing over that.
EDIT: Yes, that's right, I don't "hat" games for it.
