Did Mario and/or Peach ever have any kids? Seems like by now there should be a Mario or Peach Jr.

There was a Baby Mario in Mario Golf and Tennis; that might be their son.

Neither of them are married, and it doesn't seem like they have kids. The Baby Mario in Mario Tennis is just Mario when he was a baby, like in Yoshi's Island. Although time travel would've had to occur.
That's kind of like DK and DK Junior. The original DK is called Cranky Kong now. It's implied, but not factual (I don't think), that the DK now is actually DK Junior, so that would be another example of time travel and younger versions of a character.

Rare totally screwed up the Donkey Kong Story line(not like their was one really.) but it rests in my mind that Dokey Kong(From DK Country) is NOT DKJ, and Cranky Kong isn't Classic Donkey Kong. And in reference from Super Smash Bros- "Mario and Peach's true relationship is still unknown"

Ah, Dairy King, while I can't prove anything, I do have a letter from Nintendo I sent concerning this very same topic.

It's postmarked "Jul 11'95", as you can see, it's been a bit of time since then. Anyway, I'll give you the paragraph concerning it:

"Donkey Kong Jr is in the game Donkey Kong for Game Boy, but not in Donkey Kong Land (which by the way, has just been released). According to the best sources, Cranky Kong is the original Donkey Kong. The main character in Donkey Kong Country, Donkey Kong, was previously known as Jr., but he gave up that title when he felt he'd outgrown it. It seems it's hard to be King of the Jungle when you've got 'Jr.' hanging onto the end of your name."

- the 'Jr.' in the paragraph above was changed from "Jr." in the actual letter due to my putting the whole paragraph in quotations.

Believe me or not, I don't care. But I don't think I could make up something as corny was that. Anyway it's signed by:

Marioguy, I don't believe I've ever said this to anyone, but please, shut up.

Bottom line, Mario and/or Peach have never had kids. The Mario sports games tend to cloud this issue, but the answer is no.

And the Donkey Kong thing, well, if the person from Nintendo actually told you that, then it must be canon. I hope.

I'll let people belive what they want. And I'll belive what I want. Thus that is why I am stating my opinion on the matter of "DKC Donkey Kong is DKJ, and Classic DK is now Cranky Kong". I belive that they are two different Donkey Kongs. My opinion.

Hey now, don't get me wrong. I wasn't telling you you are wrong, I was simply stating what proof, if it can be called that, I had.

It seemed to pertain to this topic. I have no problem with you believeing that, go right ahead.

However, when I said believe me or not, that part of my post was not directed solely at you, as you may or may not have thought. It was to anyone who thinks I made that up.

All I'm saying is, I don't mind if you believe what you want nor was I trying to force my opinion on you.

Well, in my opinion, He(yeah, its a boy!) Would have blonde hair(Peach), a hilariously shaped nose(Mario), And he would be hier(is it heir?) to the MK Throne.

Yes, it it spelled heir.
I think Mario and Peach's kid would be invisible, as in nonexistent.
Think about it. If Mario had a kid, it would make Mario seem old. He wouldn't be as cool. And as for Peach, she wouldn't have the same personality, or something. I just don't think it would work.

I wrote a fanfic a while back where Peach actually has a daughter. I named her Melony (combination of 'Melon' and 'Melanie'), and she looks almost like her mother, but with chin to shoulder length strawberry-blonde hair. She also has several traits of her father's, who's name I will not mention.

I've never put up this fanfic before, the only eyes to ever read it being mine. The story's finished, but only 1/4th of it's revised and edited for reading. Give me your feedback, and I'll post the summary. If you guys like it, I'll copy-paste it chapter by chapter on the story boards.
