Sim city: MK edition

I was playing sim city 4 on my computer when the thought crossed my mind: it would be awesome to have mushroom kingdom things in it. Instead of houses, there could be mushroom houses. And City Hall could be Princess Peach's castle. Some of the environment hazards could be Bowser attack, Goomba riots, or Tweesters. You could commence trade with the Beanbean Kingdom or Sarasaland. I just thought that it would be cool. Any ideas or feedback?

I made a poorly designed Mario theme to Sim City 2000. I got a special edition of the game that came with "SCURK" (Sim City Urban Renewal Kit) which allows you to edit buildings and stuff. The Mario set was forever lost when my hard drive crashed last year, but it lives on in my memories...

How will the monumets in this game look like?

How will you set up a perfect enviroment to build up this city? After all, the natural enviroment in the Mushroom Kingdom is very different than that of the real world...
