In Sunday's episode of Robot Chicken on Cartoon Network, one scene had Mario, Luigi, and Wario driving karts in a race during a parody of The Fast and the Furious.

Thanks to everyone who e-mailed about the cameos. We will try to get video and/or sound clips of the scene soon.

Oh yeah, I was able to catch the rerun at 1:30 am. First time I ever saw the show and I would have to say I enjoyed it.

There is another repeat on Thursday, for me it's 11pm (Central), check your local listings, yadda yadda yadda.

Summary: This parody of The Fast and the Furious includes many famous drivers such as Batman & Robin, Speed Racer, and the Dukes of Hazzard. Mario, Luigi, and Wario ride in karts from the Mario Kart series.

Mario fires the blue shell.

Wario explains what the "blue tortoise shell" does.

Wario made a good explanation about the atomic bomb. He should say "The blue tortoise shell is Mario Kart race's ultimate weapon. It-a magically finds the lead car in the race, and it takes it out. It is also known as the atomic bomb. Mwa ha ha ha."

This hasn't been posted but if you have this episode recorded, if you slow it down while Mario & Luigi are talking, you can see Yoshi behind them VERY briefly.

I've got the very same Luigi figure! So far, its arm has split in two, and its head has fallen off. You could say it's been 'Pre-loved'...
