Well to avoid making the mailbaggers mad I'm gonna post a Mario Cameo here instead. On Pound Puppies on Boomerang the dogs were trying to give away a puppy named Bowser.
Unless you are cloned, you do not need to look like a midget version of your dad. Okay Bowser Jr.?

Many dogs are named Bowser... But okay.

That's not really a "cameo" either.

It's just a reference to a name that is common for dogs.

Vidgmchtr is right. A cameo is when you see
a character. Not the name unless there is a relationship with the character's name.

No, you don't deserve a cookie.

As a game that requires six friends, an HDTV, and skill, I can see why the majority of TMK is going to hate on it hard.

If anyone deserves a cookie, it should be me or Red Paratroopa. ME because I'm just that sweet. Or Red, just because.

I believe, that's where they got his name from. It's a common dog name, usually a mean dog. (Yah, know, like "Beware of the doggee, or suffah")

Not to a start a flame war, but I seriously hate it when people submit Mario "cameos" that turn out to be like-names. Mario and Luigi are common Italian names. Bowser is a common dog's name. Get over it people; just because you hear like-names doesn't mean they're talking about Nintendo characters.

Man, either my joke stunk, or nobody knows what hardtack is. Does anybody know what hardtack is? The person who does gets a cookie.

"Hardtack (also hard tack) is a simple type of cracker or biscuit, made from flour, water, and salt. Cheap and long-lasting, it was used during long sea voyages and military campaigns as a primary foodstuff usually dunked in water, brine, coffee or some other liquid or cooked into a skillet meal. This cracker was little more than flour and water which had been baked hard and would keep for months as long as it was kept dry. Also known as a sea biscuit, sea bread, or ships biscuits. The name derives from the British seamen's slang for food, "tack", and the fact it is so hard and dry" ("Hardtack").

But seriously, it isn't necessary to point out every reference that MIGHT be a Mario reference. <sarcasm>So I was walking along that strip mall down the road, and guess what I saw? Mario's Pizza! You should put that in the cameo section too.  Why?  It's Mario!  That's why!</sarcasm>

I've tasted hardtack before, it's not that bad if you're hungry, but otherwise you'd probably not like the fact that it tastes like salt-and-flour-flavored Now-and-Laters.

Now, I don't deserve a cookie, hard-tack, or Now-and-Laters, I deserve a new electric guitar.

I remember the first time I heard the name Bowser in a Garfield comic.  I was pretty excited at first and then realised it was a dog's name.  Well, just because I like you all so much (as FRIENDS!) I decided to go to TMK Mart and buy Yoshi cookies for everyone!  Help yourself and enjoy! *opens a bag and looks inside* Hey, wait this is empty!  Who ate all of my cookies?!?!

Cookie Monster: Uh oh!  Aaaaaaahhhhh! *runs away*

Get back here you blue cookie muncher!

And now it's time to play everyone's favorite game, "Hit the Buzzer, Win a Cookie!" (garfield comic)

When ever I see "Yoshi's Cookie" I think of these small, round shortbread cookies my grandmother had in her house. They had some kind of hard fruit... Substance in the center, some of it poking out and showing in the middle of the cookie. They were delicious.
