We all know that Mario has been in every genre and there are sequels to them. My point is, do you think that Nintendo will keep using Mario over and over again? I'm not trying to state that I'm tired of too much Mario. (I'm never tired of him.) I just want to hear what you think.

Mario has been around for so long. And the creator of Mario (sorry i cant spell his name and im too lazy to look it up) has such an imaginative mind, that I doubt he will be running out of Mario game ideas any time soon. Each Mario game has a different story.

I'm guessing that after 75 years or so the character of Mario will be so drastically changed that it wouldn't really be correct to call him/her/it the original mascot anymore.

Time slowed and Reality bent.

I know that I post too many topics, but I just can't resist adding topics. I do obey the rules especially guideline #2 but I want people to keep coming here. That's why the forum hasn't become boring in a while. So I'll (you know what I'm gonna say) for real. (I'm a true man of my word.)

Anyway, have you heard that the Loony Toons characters got upgraded? They are set in the future and has spandex and stuff. I hate it. maybe Nintendo will do the same thing, Mario with sunglasses that shoot lazers, a raygun, a jetpack, and metalic clothes? (Not like the Metal Cap in SM64, like a robot style clothing. See the dog in the Xbox game Mad Dash) And maybe Bowser will have a flamethrower instead of the usual fire-breath? This may be a bleak future, or a new beginning. Me? I shiver at the thought of it.
