Cameo appearances and references

Bayonetta 2 includes a port of the first Bayonetta game, which will have Nintendo-related costumes for the main character, such as Princess Peach, Daisy, Link, and Samus. In the E3 2014 trailer, Coins and their sound effects from the Mario series appeared during one of Bayonetta's attacks while she was wearing the Peach costume.
