At certain points throughout the game, Gex will spout one of possibly several hundred different lines. Lo and behold, one of Gex's one-liners mentions another member of the reptile genus. Quoth the gecko: "I guess Bowser's on vacation?"

The quote is not believed to be present in the Nintendo 64 version Gex 64: Enter the Gecko, released in August, 1998. Many voice clips had to be removed in order to fit the game onto N64 cartridges, which hold less space than PlayStation CDs.
